THE COASTAL TERRACE

The Coastal Terrace features a custom-made dome with open sides in front of a stone tiled terrace and decorative plants. Located within the private gardens of the hotel, it has panoramic sea views and gives couples the opportunity of saying their vows outside within the Hydro’s unique setting.

THE DRAWING ROOM

The Drawing Room offers a more intimate space for smaller wedding ceremonies. It features a high ceiling, fine art and soft lighting. It is easily accessed due to its location on the ground floor of the hotel.

THE GARDEN SUITE

The largest function room in the hotel, The Garden Suite is a light and air-conditioned venue with sea views and private outdoor terrace overlooking the south coast. It has its own permanent bar and reception area. The room can be quickly transformed into an evening function space with dance floor and DJ or band.

THE WEDGWOOD BALLROOM

The Wedgwood Ballroom is an elegant room located on the first floor, complete with private balcony overlooking the sea. The room features a solid wooden floor, decorative walls and ceilings in the traditional Wedgwood style, plus chandeliers. It makes an ideal room for a civil ceremony.

The Perfect Wedding Venue

We chose the hydro hotel as our wedding venue, and it was just spectacular! The service they provided was impeccable- the duty managers, looking after us on the day ensured that everything ran like clockwork. It just made the entire day incredibly relaxing and stress free. We could just sit back and relax and truly enjoy the day to its fullest.

What a wonderful wedding

I recently got married and had the reception at the Hydro hotel. From the moment my husband and I spoke to the manager to discuss the wedding reception to the big day I can’t fault the staff and the service we were given. We were always responded to quickly if we had any questions and I felt they had everything ready for the wedding day.

It was a day we will never forget

It was the most perfect wedding venue, It really set for a romantic and enchanting day. Luckily it was sunny on our wedding day, so we got to hold our ceremony outside at the beautiful Coastal Terrace. The Terrace overlooks the sea which is such a lovely touch.

Wedding Celebrations

Celebrated our wedding reception here with family and friends. Spent the night in the hotel too. The hotel is wonderfully situated, warm and comfortable inside with a relaxed atmosphere. Staff are very helpful and attentive. There is a choice of locations to suit various size of functions. Will definitely return.

Wedding Celebration Lunch

The Hydro Hotel arranged our wedding reception lunch. Each guest was able to choose a personalised individual menu, which was absolutely amazing – fabulous!
