CONSERVATORY RESTAURANT

The Conservatory Restaurant overlooks the hotel gardens and has a far-reaching sea view. It makes for a lovely spot for some welcome afternoon sunshine in the cooler months or perhaps to watch the sun set in the summer. It provides a full air conditioning and heating system to ensure it can be used in comfort throughout the year.

The Conservatory Restaurant serves a selection of hot dishes, lighter fayre and sandwiches throughout the day. It provides a great spot for lunch, for more casual dining or an alternative to the Crystal Restaurant for longer stays. It offers an outdoor terrace complete with parasols and makes for a lovely spot to eat on a summer’s day or for a pre-dinner drink on a warm evening. Head Chef James Penn and his kitchen brigade create seasonal traditional English and French cuisine in a relaxed atmosphere. The menu features James’ selection of Sussex meats and Newhaven fish.
