Enjoy a selection of cucumber, cheddar cheese, Sussex ham and smoked salmon sandwiches, a homemade scone with clotted cream and jam, plus a selection of cakes and sweet pastries with your choice of tea or coffee. £18.50 per person. Afternoon tea can be enjoyed in a private room or in our spacious lounges.

With our stunning sea views and award winning gardens enjoy a summer barbeque for up to 100 guests or relax with friends and family on our Wedgwood balcony for afternoon tea or pre-dinner drinks. We can host a variety of celebrations and parties throughout the year and would be delighted to help you with your enquiry.
