Hydro Hotel Update 24th March
Further to the Government’s statement on 20th March Hydro Hotel will be temporarily closed until further notice. We will be monitoring and adhering to all Governmental directives as to when this position may change.
All accommodation bookings from 1st April 2020 will be released with advanced purchase pre-paid reservations left open in our system for use up to 12 months from our re-opening date.

We wish all of our guests, Eastbourne residents, hotel colleagues and the wider industry the best in this very challenging time.
- We have adjusted our furniture and dining tables to be seated apart by the current recommended minimum distances
- All bedrooms are being thoroughly disinfected and cleaned
- All touch points are being cleansed regularly
- Hand sanitiser is available for guest use throughout the hotel and is placed prominently in staff areas
- All team members are fully briefed on the latest health and safety advice from the Government and are regularly updated on the latest protocols
Guests that have made a pre-paid (Advance Purchase) bedroom booking directly with the hotel or Hydro website are able to use this reservation for a future date within the next 12 months. Please telephone us should your plans change and we will note in our system for future use.
Events organisers that have made a payment or deposit with us directly may also move their event to a new date within the next 12 months without penalty.
