What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is 2.30pm and check-out is at 10.30am.
Is there parking at the Hydro Hotel?
There is a free private car park with additional free on-street parking available on the adjacent roads.
Can we bring our dog with us?
Dogs are welcome on a lead in all areas of the hotel aside from the Crystal Restaurant and by the outdoor pool. Dogs can also stay with guests in their bedroom, priced at £10 per night for one dog only, inclusive of use of a mat and bowl. Treats and waste bags are also provided.

Are there a variety of bedroom types to choose from?
We offer 5 different types of bedroom, starting with a Classic bedroom and going up to Suite. Other options include a Side Sea View, Sea View and Superior. Superior and Suites are larger in size and do have sea views.

Is breakfast included with all stays?
Unlike some Eastbourne hotels, all stays at the Hydro Hotel include a full traditional breakfast as standard, with a selection of cooked and continental items to choose from.

How many restaurants does the Hydro have?
The Hydro Hotel has two restaurants, the Crystal Restaurant and the Conservatory Restaurant. Guests on a dinner, bed and breakfast basis have dinner and breakfast in the Crystal Restaurant. It is open daily for dinner and lunch on a Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday.The Conservatory Restaurant is open from 9am for morning coffee and is open throughout every day of the week for lunch, afternoon tea and dinner. The Conservatory Restaurant has a sea view and adjacent outdoor terrace for alfresco dining. It can be booked online or over the phone.

What is the dinner allowance for overnight guests?
Guests staying on a dinner, bed and breakfast rate have a minimum of 10 choices per course and have three courses included within their reservation. Aside from steaks, there are no dinner price supplements in the Crystal Restaurant for dinner, bed and breakfast guests.
Can Hydro Hotel cater for guests with food allergens or intolerances?
Yes, we can. Please tell a member of staff if you or one of your dinner guests has a food allergy or requirement. The team will confirm with the chef regarding the ingredients for the dishes on the menu and advise accordingly. Please ask how we can amend the menu to accommodate your dietary needs.
Are non-residents able to enjoy Hydro Hotel?
Absolutely. Please drop by for a morning coffee, lunch, afternoon tea, a drink in the bar or for dinner. Dining reservations can be made on our website (aside from Crystal Restaurant) or by calling us directly on 01323 720643.

Yes, free fibre-optic high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel, bedrooms and at the swimming pool sunbathing terrace.

We always offer our guests preferential rates when booking directly with us. Our exclusive advance purchase and member rates offer a saving of 12.5%. Seasonal offers are also available with their many inclusions and payment not required until the time of stay.
