The Hydro Hotel is a leading 3 Star hotel in Eastbourne and we are currently looking to recruit an experienced Head Receptionist.

The Hydro has 82 Bedrooms with 2 Restaurants and Conference and Banqueting Facilities for up to 250

Salary: Depending on Experience

The Role: Head Receptionist  

Role Criteria

The Head Receptionist will be responsible for overseeing the day to day operation of the reception department, this is a hands on role where you are expected to lead your team efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have a strong back ground in all reception and rooms management.

The Head Receptionist will be responsible for staff development and ensuring high levels of customer service are achieved.

The Head Receptionist must have good accountability and sales skills as well as an all round Rooms Management experience.

The successful Head Receptionist will have at least 3 years experience at management level or higher within a similar operation, working with Guestline PMS system would be advantageous.

We are currently recruiting waiting staff for our Lounges, Restaurant and Banqueting departments.

We have various roles available from full time to part time.
